For the bride to be, it has developed a package of treatments designed to ensure that on her wedding day, she should appear as the ideal bride – wholesome, radiant and glowing with good health.

Highly qualified doctors at Sanjeeva Spa base their treatments for long term efficacy, and not merely for a transient effect. The pre bridal treatment package at Vedic Village Sanjeeva Spa is based on the holistic principles of Ayurveda and Naturopathy. The therapies address the key aspects of good health and appearance, ranging from cosmetics to relaxation, healing, and an inward feeling of contentment and confidence that comes with the transformation that the therapies bring about.

Sanjeeva Spa offers a fortnightly treatment preceding the wedding date. The treatment ranges from 1 to 4 sessions, beginning with specific counseling on wellness, nutrition, diet, fluid intake, and sleep patterns according to individual profile.

This is followed by a sequence of carefully designed pre bridal treatments that use natural and organically produced ingredients for best results:

Spa Pedicure & Manicure-
These include callous softening and removal, nail shaping, followed by feet and hand soaking in warm sea salt water, natural loofah scrub for exfoliation. A sleep inducing feet, hand and arms massage followed by skin softening/soothing polish.

Hair Treatment-
Brings shine to dry, lustreless hair. Consists of a therapeutic herbal pack applied after pure, cold pressed sesame oil massage and steam.

Full Body Aromatherapy Massage-
A relaxing full body massage, utilizing the positive effects of floral aromatic essential oils of the bride’s choice. Inhalation and absorption of the aromatic oils generate blood circulation and relaxation.

Body Exfoliation-
Granules of natural sea salt and essential oils help remove dead cells and dirt from the skin. A gentle, circular massage with this specially formulated scrub from feet to neck open up skin pores which can then absorb the natural nutrients from the body pack.

Body Pack-
Orange / floral or sandal turmeric pack used to detoxify and revitalize the skin. Turmeric, an auspicious presence in Indian weddings, works marvelously in skin ailments, imparting skin glow.

Body Polish-
Through a combination of yogurt, a natural bleach and honey, a natural moisturizer. The forest honey and fresh yogurt body polish adds shine and luster to the skin.

Eye Treatment-
Designed to address under –eye dark circles, using simple organic elements – potatoes, cucumber with essential oil paste. This treatment eliminates tiredness from the eyes and brings the welcome feeling of freshness.

Facial-
Natural healing properties of fresh products are used for facial treatments. Various ingredients ranging from garden fresh aloe vera, fruits, forest honey are specially selected for each skin type. Collectively, these ingredients cleanse, exfoliate, moisturize, and restore elasticity, leaving the skin glowing.
