Rejuvenation programs at Sanjeeva are based on the Dinacharya concept of Ayurveda and tenets from Wellness incorporating Naturopathic dietetics and Vedic Yoga.


The need for rejuvenation
The human mind designed to be calm and tranquil was to gain knowledge ultimately. The human body is designed to work, exert and take up physical pressures. But today's unnatural ways of living has lead to the reversal of roles of Mind and the Body. Stressed up minds and sedentary bodies are the contributing factors for deterioration of health.
 
Rejuvenation at Sanjeeva has been designed to streamline the basic necessities of the mind and body -de-stress and de-toxification, adopting the following protocol.

  • Guided practice of Yogasana and exercise that subject the body to calculated amounts of physical stress.
     
  • Customised therapies to relax rejuvenate and energise the body.
     
  • Combination of Pranayama, relaxation and meditation techniques to relax the mind and body.
     
  • Health food plan utilising some of the organically grown seasonal fruits and vegetables at Vedic Village to suffice the nutritional requirements and optimise the energy levels.
