We offer the following Courses, Classes, Satsang, Workshops, Meditation and Stress Management programs.
Nivartana
This is a 60 minute basic Relaxation Session of Vedic Yoga TM, where you get to know how to relax your body, slow down your breath and calm the mind.
Praanada
A 60 minute basic Pranayama session of Vedic Yoga TM, Here you learn the art and therapeutic values of Yogic Breathing. The class will be customised to the individual’s needs with the basic mantra – Breathe Healthy to connect to your true self.
Dhyaana
This is a foundation course for Dhyana or Meditation, here the theoretical basics are combined with guided practice to focus and improve your concentration.
Pranava
The Advanced course in Meditation that gives numerous practical tools for empowering and improving everyday life.
Yogasana I
Basic course in Asana the postural section of Vedic Yoga TM. Spread across 5 sessions designed for beginners in mind; this course commences with the theoretical aspects of the basics followed by well guided semi yogic pose perfection and then the full versions of simple Asanas in sitting, standing and laying down postures. At the end of the course you will have perfected Suryanamaskara the most comprehensive group of Yogasanas that is simple but very efficient is maintaining physical health.
Yogasana II
Intermediate course in Asana; spread across 8 sessions and designed for those who have completed the basic course and would like to continue and perfect variant poses of the basic asanas.
Yogasana III
An opportunity to learn advanced postures and variations. Spread across 8 sessions you are expected to improve flexibility and stamina and also master some of the complex Yogasanas.
Satsang
An ancient and effective method of getting together to achieve betterment in the spiritual plane; by focusing our thoughts, words and deeds in unison through the process of bhajans, keertans & meditation. Sessions of Satsang is organised on demand only for a group of 10 people or more.
Svaasya
The Corporate Yoga program
Designed for the corporate world with stressed executives in mind; this program combines the power of various aspects of Vedic Yoga TM You get acquainted with yogasanas, pranayama, meditation and relaxation techniques along with necessary tips on ergonomics and spinal health. This is a mantra for improving the dexterity and productivity at work, and de-stressing & relaxing at home.
Yoga for Kids
Program that includes concepts of Yama and Niyama aimed at helping your kids of age group 6 to 12 years to gain better health, proper flexibility and concentration to achieve growth in physical, mental and spiritual planes.
Gentle Yoga for the elderly
Specific yogic techniques to deal with ailments that arise from shallow breathing habits, inadequate physical exercise and age related degeneration. Here you learn gentle and semi Aasana postures and exercises to warm up and relieve stiffness of joints and muscles; further Pranayaama is advocated for better ventilation to the system and techniques to deal with sleep disorders if any.

Yoga for a better Spine
Ergonomics blended with Yogic techniques for better spinal alignment, to strengthen the vertebral column, improve flexibility and performance in a computer related environment. |
